Terms of Service
SALES
All sales are subject to our final confirmation. Once an invoice is issued, the sale is considered final. No cancellations will be accepted. Prices and quantities are subject to change without notice. All wines are offered subject to remaining unsold. Unless stated otherwise, all wines are physically available in Singapore. We do not sell alcohol to people under the legal age of alcohol consumption of your country.
PAYMENT
Customer may settle their payment by Bank Transfer, Cash, Cheque or Credit Card as indicated during checkout. Orders will be reserved or guaranteed prior to full payment settled.
CONTRACT
Once your payment is received by us, a legally binding contract will exist between you and the Company. We reserve the right to refuse or amend any order prior to the point of delivery. In registering on the site or placing any order for alcohol you confirm that you are over the legal age of alcohol consumption of your country.
AVAILABILITY
All products are offered subject to availability. Customers will be refunded in full if the wines are not available at the point of purchase.
PRICING
In the event of incorrect pricing, we reserve the right to refuse to supply at the incorrect price without prior notice.
DELIVERY
All delivery timings are estimates and are given in good faith. We do not accept liability for any failure to deliver within that time.
Re-delivery will be charged at SGD30 if no one is there to receive the wines at the scheduled delivery date and timing.
For pick-up from our location, we reserve the right to request ID from the person to ensure his/her identity.
ACCEPTANCE
It is recipient’s responsibility to inspect the condition of any goods received including glassware and accessories, at the time of delivery. Any claims for short delivery or breakage or any other defect or deficiency must be notified to us immediately. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods as satisfying as they delivered and in fulfilment of your order. You will not be entitled to reject them in any reason and we may refuse your claim thereafter.
QUALITY CHARTER
We try our best to make sure that wines are delivered to you in the best possible condition.
We undertake the proper safekeeping and storage of wines in our possession and will act in good faith when purchasing and transporting the wine, but we will not be responsible for the state and condition of wines or whether the wine corresponds to the qualities which might be expected from its description.
Since some of our wines are very rare, we cannot replace wines that have been ruined because of cork taint. We do not accept returns of corked wine nor do we refund for corked wine.
There is always an element of risk in the purchase of the older fine wines as their condition is inevitably variable. The prices at which we offer these to you reflect this. Please consider this risk carefully before making your purchase.
